Linda Thomas: at the movies

Linda Thomas became affiliated with the non-profit organization The National Institute on Media and the Family in August 2003. The Institute's president is Dr. David Walsh, author of several books on raising children in today's society and frequent guest on national news programs.

On this website, Linda gives parents insight about the appropriateness of all PG-13, PG, and G movies. She shares a synopsis of the movie, an age rating for appropriateness, and also rates the movie for language, sex, violence, nudity, and fear.

Her reviews are an excellent tool for parents to refer to when trying to determine the appropriateness of a movie for their children. Many parents do not want their children to see a PG-13 movie that is just marginally not rated R. Parents also appreciate knowing which movies will be enjoyable and appropriate for toddlers.
